Here's a piece of history...
In 1927, Peter Sandrian, Sr., opened a photographic studio in Morristown, NJ. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Sandrian applied for a Kodak franchise to sell photo products, but was turned down because another Morristown retailer, Shalit's Drug Store, already had a franchise. Mr. Sandrian began accepting film for processing at his store and would take the film to Shalit's, who would send it to Kodak for him. After a period of time, Mr. Sandrian shared his photo/finishing records with Kodak and was granted a franchise.
After Peter Sandrian, Jr., took over in 1969, SLR cameras improved and become more affordable, and amateur photography grew significantly in popularity. In 1979, Peter opened a second store in Clifton, NJ. As time went on, Peter decided to open his own photo lab in order to provide high-quality photos and enlargements that his customers could not get anywhere else. That has remained the focus of our business today, as we continually add services and make it possible for our customers to have beautiful, long-lasting photographs printed from their digital cameras.

Since the very beginning, Sandrian Camera's focus has been on customer service and providing the very best value and quality possible. After all this time, nearly eighty years later, we are still energized by preserving your memories with the most beautiful images possible.
